Is it normal I like to blow air in my foreskin with a straw then squeeze it out so it makes a fart sound? Like a male queef lol
It's called ballooning and can be done with air or captured urine when peeing! I have loved ballooning my foreskin when I pee since I was a boy. It's best done in the shower or outside so as to not make a mess!

Be careful though, I heard a story about a guy who used an air compressor to blow air at another dude's anus and it gave him an embolism and he died. It's an actual danger. Air can easily pass through certain body tissues like anuses, vaginas and I'd assume just as easily through a urethra.
