      I'll take it a step further and say I don't think its possible for a guy to get off only from nipple stimulation. They don't have barely any sexual nerve ending there. I think its a troll.

        It's a matter of conditioning, or association. If you have several rad orgasms with nipple stimulation, your body will come to expect it. There are more than enough nerve endings in a man's nipples to turn him on.

          Is there tho? I mean I know some people feel something in there, even tho I personally don't. But theres that and the fact that he NEEDS it to get off. I have never heard of a guy who can't get off with penile stimulation alone.
