I never really watched the colbert show but on occasion think it is funny. I very much dislike John Stewart since no matter what he talks about he comes off as a complete dick. However every time I have seen Oliver on one of these shows I always think its funny. He just seems a lot funnier.
FFS. YES. It's normal that you have a preference and free will. Seriously, this place is either one of two extremes. Either someone is asking something like "is it normal that i eat my gf out on her period while shes on the toilet making explosive diarrhea" or "is it normal i like the color blue?" then I try making a legitimate question, and it's denied. The mods here are retards.
As long as you lay your story out in a certain way, it will get through. I've never had a single serious story turned down, and have even dabbled in to see how far I could go before a post would be denied, I couldn't find that point. So I have no idea how people make legitimate posts that get denied, unless you don't follow the rules:
-Has clear voting options that make sense and does not have text that confuses the voter as to what they're voting on
-is on topic
-is well written
-doesn't use txt spk
-is not blindly hateful or otherwise distasteful
has not been asked 100 times already on IIN (Please search first to check)
-sounds like an intelligent adult wrote it (You must be 18 years old to use this site)
I agree about Stewart, whiny hipster douche. Oliver? fair to middlin'.
I like Colbert the best because he is the best parody of an arrogant asshole pundit...and there's so many of them. I'm looking in your direction O'Reilly.
I like John Oliver more than Colbert or john Stewart.
He is funnier no doubt, the show improved during Mr Stewarts holiday.
I like John Stewart but respect your opinion.
Preferences like this ARE normal, yes.
Colbert is alright, not so much John Stewart though. But I love all of their special correspondents even better than both of them, especially Oliver.
