Is it normal i learned more spending my life on this website...

I have come to notice after leaving school I had way to much free time. I did not feel like I learned a lot in my school. I have realized I have learned more on this website and isolated from most of society then I ever did in school. Is this normal? I was left on my own and I started to learn yet in a school setting I just got annoyed and frustrated. I do not understand why this is but I guess I owe this website a type of thanks.

I think I can say the same. I know I do a lot better educating myself than I do having someone else educate me (unless we're speaking in terms of math). I wouldn't say from this website, but I love to think and I spend a lot of my time just laying in my bed thinking or reading educational blogs. I think I can understand you on this.

I feel I have learned much on here, and learned to open my mind a lot more through using this site. Whats truly great is the fact its one of the few sites with a truly international community, so you learn quite a lot about other cultures, perspectives, and viewpoints. ah, pure, unfiltered knowledge

        Oh yes and bacon is huge in America and Americans will put it on anything. It is commonly served with eggs for breakfast. So it like the best thing ever in America. Unless you talk a vegeterian who will try convince you to give up meat.

        Well if you go petshop you get them live. In the petshop they have a section for pet and for live petsfood. They sell them live for pets like lizards and snakes that eat prey alive. Most meat is purchased at the market already dead. So in America most people do not kill food,themselves. If you want many exotic animals as food that you do not normally eat they have speciel towns thst serve as tourist attractions that sell everything from rabbit to gator. Also eating duck and rabbit is ok in America but not as common as cow,chicken,birds,pig. They have fish but in America fish is expensive unless it is poorly prepared fish.

      You just reminded me of something that happened to me as a kid.
      
      There was this old fuck that would put a lawn chair out and stare at my friends and I whenever we went out to play. Just sit there and stare. My Dad started noticing that whenever my friends and I (who were all 10-12) would go out to play, he would come out and stare at us.
      
      SO one day he came out, put down the tailgate to his truck, had a seat, and stared right back. One thing I loved about my Dad. He was a shameless asshole.
      
      By the way, never had the problem with that old man again.
