Well I live by a bunch of tools that jog all the time and act all badass about it and one time I almost hit one and I thought it was funny so now I play chicken with them and all my friends say i need help IIN?

Yes this is a type of humor. It is messed up to laugh at people but sometimes you really cant help it.
LoL I actually honk at the joggers...but only if they're males...it's a plus when they're shirtless...scream CHAAUU!!! Lol

Jeez, people in cars! What is it about wearing a seat belt that drops people's IQ by 50 points. I've lost count of the number of (usually) women in their thirties in their forties whose eyes light up when they see me wearing a suit on a rainy day and I'm walking beside a huge puddle.

Whats wrong with keeping fit? Sounds to me you are jelous that these guys may have a better body physique and because your too lazy to get the same body type you hate them for it. Jelousy wont get you anywhere.

Being someone who has been hit by a car, I don't find this funny at all. But I do think some joggers are tools.
