Is it normal i have trouble sleeping if i don't smoke

Is it normal to have alot of trouble getting to sleep if I dont smoke weed a while before going to bed?

    Its stupid because weed is not really addictive. Its more of a habit/craving. Just give it up man and use sleeping pills until you don't have any cravings.

    Sure, I have that as well but of course it's not healthy. You should rather buy some melatonin pills (OTC sleeping pills.)

    I smoked every night for about 15 years. I couldn't go to sleep without it. I quit about a year ago. Now I take ambien to get to sleep.

    I also used to be able to sleep quiet normally, But after i quit smoking Weed i started to get insomnia. After a while your body will get used to it and eventually go back to the same sleep pattern as before. It took me 2 goes to stop smoking so i could sleep normally and told my self each night in my head "Sleep" i said it over and over untill it started to work and i eventually just forgot to do that and just closed my eyes and went to sleep. Good Luck
