Is it normal i have trouble falling asleep

I work 2 jobs, one of which requires me to get up around 4am a couple of days a week. For some reason, every single time I have to work early in the morning, I have trouble falling asleep the night before and end up with either a few measly hours of sleep, or none at all. On days when I don't have to get up early, I go to bed whenever I get tired and fall asleep easily. But even when I'm tired, I can't seem to get any sleep when I have to wake up early the next morning. WHY???

The exact thing has happened to me throughout my entire life. It's so frustrating. It's like when I'm under pressure to sleep within a time frame I can't no matter how tired I am. I feel your pain.

I very rarely get a full night's sleep during the week. Even when I get in bed a 9:30, I end up flopping around until 12-1am when my body is so tired that I can finally sleep. Then I wake up at about 4am, 5am, 5:30 and finally 6 when I need to get up and go to work.
