Is it normal i have trouble calling certain people by their names?

I used to have trouble calling my fiance by his first name because I was introduced to him by his last name, and everyone else called him by his last name. I'm getting used to it a little more now, but I usually say "babe" instead.

I dont call his mom by her first name, Idk if I just feel weird saying it, or what. My fiance calls my parents by their first names, and I just cant do it!!

    When I was in school I called all my professors by their first names, except for one. Very few addressed him by his first name as I don't think he liked it very much.

    I do feel weird calling my mother and father in-law by their first names but I have nothing else to call them that is suitable. I'm slowly getting use to it.

    And I rarely call my husband by his name unless I'm making a direct reference to him. Never to his face, that always sounds weird to me.
