Is it normal i have swollen red bumps on my private region?

I am 100% sure if is not from sex. I am not sure how I got it and I shower regularly. It hurts when I touch it and they just appeared. I also have been having stomach pains and have been extremely hungry and have a bad cold. I not sure if this is at all related but what possible things might I have?
