Is it normal i have ringing in my ears that will come and go?

I will periodically get random ringing in my ears. I am not sure if its the tv frequency that changed or just me. I already have horrible vision and I am not even 21 yet. I can not legally drive without glasses and my dad has been going deaf but he is 50s. I also have had a lot of sinus issues. Am I going to go deaf? I cant really go blind and deaf.

    there is no cure for it either i have had it since my 20s and 56 now last dec in right ear a little bell rings gets anouyoing

    That could be tinnitus and it possibly could be caused by a problem with your sinus tracts.
