Is it normal i have no thirst

I've recently noticed that I don't drink an awful lot, for example I can wake up, and by 3pm I would have only drank 2 small drinks. My mouth never feels dry, and I never have a thirsty feeling. I have plenty of time in the day to drink but never seem to. I eat normally too. I'd say on average in a day I have 4 drinks.

I'm like that. I need to drink more water. My mouth may feel dry, but it doesn't (to me) equate to being thirsty :/ I also find if I drink too much, I feel sick, particularly if the water is room temperature or warm. I can drink much more chilled water, but still no where near the amount you're meant to drink.

I really hope my kidneys don't crap out on me :/

My girlfriends like this. Should still drink a lot of water regardless. You'll probably get kidney stones otherwise!

4 drinks is a lot to some people. if you are always drinking you won't be thirsty all the time.

"The truth is, most people confuse thirst and hunger, often mistaking the former for the latter. Clinical studies have shown that 37% of people mistake hunger for thirst because the thirst mechanism is so weak. By doing so, the body is led to think that it needs food when what it’s really asking for is water. Moreover, the fact that the symptoms of dehydration (i.e. feeling weak, dizzy and cranky) mimic those of hunger contribute to people’s confusion between the two signals."

I have this too. I only feel thirsty if I eat a salty meal, which is rare. Working outside in the heat didn't even trigger my thirst. I don't sweat much or urinate much usually. I am constipated, so obviously I wish I could think to drink more. I make glasses of water and annoy people by leaving them behind and forgetting to drink them. I have Celiac disease. I'm cold a lot. My thyroid tests normal when I get it tested. I take lots of supplements to feel okay. I drink those with a big glass of water. I take Miralax in a big glass of water, but sit is hard to remember to wait for that to dissolve and then drink it. Right now I think I have systemic yeast, so I'm treating that with garlic pills and oregano oil. I always take probiotics. It's odd. Make sure you are not eating too many carbs and not enough veggies. Veggies are important.
