Is it normal i have no friends

I just turned 25 years old and it dawned on me that in the last five years i have not had a single female friend (i moved to a different state). Oh you know the ones, almost all other females have one, a BESTIE, their BFF, their "girlfriends" "ladies night out"...etc. Theres nothing wrong with me I just havent had the "connection" with a female friend. I wonder if this is like the single person who hasnt found their "soulmate".

there is nothing wrong with me socially or phsysically (im not the "socially awkward morbidly obesese" stereotype) on the outside im a girly girl but on the inside im a super dweeb, a nerd if you will.

The irony is that I attract males LIKE THAT. I find it extremely easy to attract and have males approach me. but with females, not so much. My past boyfriends have introduced me to their female friends or friends' girlfriends, but these girls have been cold, mean, distant, and catty with me. I dont do anything to them. All I want is a best friend in the form of a female.

Soo, back to the original question. Is it normal to not have had a "best friend" in five years, and for a 25 yr old female to not have "girlfriends?" Everyone around me seems to have them

Thanks:)

It's totally normal to not have any "girlfriends" or whatever you call them, sticking to the guys is a much easier way to go. When girls see that you only have male friends they'll automatically assume you all sleep around and whatnot but it's never the case. Sometimes the guys are just more fun to be around and don't cause all kinds of pointless drama.

If other girls are catty with you, they're probably jealous. I wouldn't worry about it. Many women, especially younger ones, feel threatened by other females, at least young and/or pretty ones. Growing up, almost all of my friends were guys purely because I hated the cattiness of the girls at my school.

You're cool. Don't change or worry about being a part of the herd. I've partied with tons of these girls. They are absolute idiots and needed to be loaded to deal with them. The nerdy girls are the most interesting and appreciative.

I think that's pretty normal. I tend to be the same way---except I'm a guy though. I think guys are much easier to get along with then women are. I think the reason people don't get along with girls are because a lot of them are just way too IMMATURE. Most girls are still developing when they're 23-25 years old so they're not as mature as Men are when men are 25 years old--they're already mature enough to have relationships.
