    See a doctor if you are unhappy about it. Cosmetic surgery can be done to lengthen it a few inches. In the interim, thank your lucky stars that you aren't dipping it in some unknowns like a manwhore and getting infected. If I were a guy, I would rather be clean at 2" than have full blown AIDS at 9".
