My neigbour is a liar plus he always brings different women home when he goes out.... Im a man and I hate man who cant stick to one girl... Is it normal I hate him. I dont like hating people but he is forcing me to do it...
oh I guess I forgot to say it... I dont hate the fact that he is a horny dog, I hate that he says bad things to me just because he has never seen me bring any girl at home... If you ask me he is the nosy one and thats one more reason I hate him more...
Yeah he sounds like and probably is a jerk. But, try not to waste too much of your energy on him. If he's as promiscuous as you say he is then surely what goes around is bound to come around if you know what I mean?

What does he lie about? Everyone lies about some things, and you can't expect anyone to be truthful all the time. Some people who hate all liars do so because they feel they lie too much themselves, and project this self-criticism on other people even if those other people are only lying a normal, reasonable amount.
There's nothing wrong with having sex with multiple people unless you're in a closed, monogamous relationship.
Liars suck, for sure, but the thing with the girls ain't none of your business. Sounds more like jealousy, to me.
He isn't forcing you to do anything. It is his business if he wants to be a man whore. He probably does not even know that his life style choices are even bothering you. I bet you are too afraid to confront him about it anyway. You really don't have the right to anyway. It is his sexual preference to see multiple women just like it is your preference to stick to only one woman.
Hating him for being a whore is a bit strong......... But the lying part is impossible to overlook....... At least as far as I'm concerned. Chronic lying is some kind of deep seeded pathological craziness. It is a trait worthy of hating.
Little white lies are acceptable in certain situations but big lies aren't good in any circumstance one lie I hate is where people pretend a family member has died when someone tells a joke about them, because yeah you get the person back but it can cause serious problems!

2. The girl thing is none of your business. You don't know, but he could be in a consensually open relationship.
Players are nothing but thirsty hoes. But on a side note, I'm a liar and I hate liars too. Mainly because lying has shown me things that I can tell when someone is lying. And it's irritating.
