Before kindergarden I had literally zero actual friends. My brother was friends with a neighbor and the neighbor's brother would come over too (3 and 4 yrs older than me) and when they came over I would tag along. Sometimes he would go over their house but I was never invited. I knew no one my own age (3/4?) IIN?
Before kindergarden? I don't think that kind of stuff really even matters at that young of an age. In kindergarden I was more concerned with finger paints and story time.
It sounds sound abnormal, but it seems like you're thinking way too much about it.

Everybody in the world at least have 1 friend. You don't need many just a really good 1.

Normal I think. However at that age your parents pretty much pick out your friends. Most parents do that for you, so I guess its strange that they didn't. Then again it really doesn't matter, as long as you have friends now.
