I had a very bad day today , so when I could not down load the files of music on my a old MP3 I found I got angry and tossed on the floor it broke but by some miracle of god it is still fuctioning and its in peices . The entier back is missing Is it normal I did this .

Allistalla, get a twitter account and post this shit there. That way you have somewhere else to tell people about every little thing you do. This isn't what IIN is for.
I've got a friend who does this. I can't understand it because it seems like a worrying loss of control to me. If you know when you're having a bad day and are getting angry, do you think there's some other way you can get the aggression out? Maybe even a positive way that involves physical exertion?

It's normal to have angry outburst occasionally but its important to learn how to control them.
Get a job and buy an iPod, man. Burn the old mp3 and dance in the ashes to celebrate the death of the mp3 and the birth of your time with the iPod. Or just smash it with a hammer and stomp on the remains with cheer.

Hm, Sometimes I throw things when I am mad. I threw my brothers phone and broke the screen. I think I also threw a few of his glass items (glass dragons) but, the last time I remember throwing something (when mad) was last halloween mom was being a shithead. I threw a glass bottle at her feet.
So, yeah I find that normal. Although, I don't get mad easily
