i have this friend ,shes a girl.i get so jealous when she gets a boyfriend.i was once her boyfriend and now i dream about her every night.ive tried so many ways to get back with her i still love her and cant get over it! please give me advice.
Tell her how u feel and if she shits on u, then move on. It's all u really can do. Unless ur into Turkish revenge.
She's moved on from you. You must have expected that she would eventually find someone else. It's normal to feel grief and frustration for what might have been, but then you suck it up, be a big-boy, and get on with your life without her. It's time to move on and ignore those jealous feelings.
Does she know you still have feelings for her? Did she feel the same? I think, you need to look at yourself, and decide what's best for you. I mean, think of the other beautiful women, you've come across, you don't want to miss a chance with them, right?

I think it's normal. If you guys dated once, you obviously still haven't gotten over her and still have feelings for her. It's totally normal
