Is it normal i get a tingly feeling...

I seem to have fallen inlove with a boy i met not long ago, when ever im at school he's all i can think about, he goes to a different school to me and i met him when i was out having a meal, i get a tingly feeling whenever he chats me and i think ive fallen in love, how can i slowly drop hints that i really like him and to see if he likes me with out being too forward? Is it normal he's literally the only thing i can think about, and when i say only thing i mean it im constantly MAKING my self focus on my college/school work, is this normal?and any tips?:/

Don't drop such subtle hints. Guys like it when you flirt with them.

Guys are too dumb for those hints. If you really feel strongly enough than I say, go for it

Ask him out. Guys don't get subtle hints

I like a confident powerful woman myself, if a girl just comes out and says "hey I like you" it works out better for her every time. Worst case scenario for a girl that is forward with me is that I tell her I don't have those kind of feelings for her and we remain friends. (not the whole lets be friends and never talk kinda friends, real friends)

But that's just me, I obviously know that will not work for everyone.
