Is it normal i get a euphoric reaction that lingeres whenever someone

I felt it as a girl and I still do, I never asked about it and now is the time.

It happens when anything lightly touches me. People, animals and even objects can allow it to happen. It can occur when someone pokes me with a pencil, brushes my hair and, as I said, lightly touches me in anyway (like rubbing against me).
What it is is an amazingly euphoric and soft feeling usually floating around in my head, mostly forehead and back of head, and it lingeres for a long time depending on the amount of contact I get. Though it's not a feeling of arousal, it does highly improve sexual interaction.
Hopefully I didn't unknowingly ask a question answered already, but hopefully I can at least get an answer.
