Basically i'm a male, it was so horrifying when i noticed blood discharging along with my stool (poo) ,any one please tell me what would be the reason.

    Dude, you need to get to a doctor yesterday.
    Do not fuck around or listen to idiots like tommythecat!
    There is no reason for there to be blood in your stool if you are healthy, but it is an indicator of some very, very serious problems.
    Run, do not walk, to a doctor.

    It might be a bleeding ulcer-black colored stools or mucosal tear in rectum-anal fissure. Can't say on here. It's very important you go see a doctor. Blood in stools is not normal unlike what idiot tommythecat says..
