Is it normal i find the "adding a camera" deal a bunch of bull?

We have sexual acts which are illegal like hooking but add a camera and you are a porn star. They also use this justification for child porn and its the same thing. I do not see how adding a camera changes the fact that its sex! A city mayor not my city approved it. However peadophilea is still illegal. So in otherwards its ok to rape children if its on camera. What kind of messed up logic is this? Do you agree?

I agree its a stupid loophole 6
I disagree and like the loophole 0

Porn isn't prostitution because prostitution is "a person paying another person to have sex with them". Porn is "a guy with a camera paying people to have sex with each other" (more accurately it's a company that does the paying, but I'm simplifying. It could also be amateur porn in which no-one is paid, or a solo scene in which there's only one person and no sex). In other words, in porn the person doing the paying has no sex at all, therefore it's completely different from prostitution and it's legal (in some places, anyway).

I'm not conpletely sure what you're trying to say about child porn, but as far as I'm aware it isn't legal anywhere in the world.

    • It is legal in parts of Asia and it was legalized in another city outside of Asia. Sadly it is but it is illegal in most places. They used the same justification as they use for a porn star. They said since it was just porn it was ok. Kind of like hooking is not ok but porn is. So they did the same thing with this law. A lot of people were outraged at the law as well.

I'm not going to say you're wrong about child porn being legal in some places, but I've looked it up and I can't find anything that says you're right. In some places, like Japan, possession of it is legal but producing it (which is what you are talking about) is illegal. To save me the trouble of more Googling, can you give me a source to prove your assertion that producing child porn is legal anywhere?

You haven't addressed my first paragraph at all.

It's because there are MANY rules and regulations on professional porn. They have to get all kinds of special licenses, pass tests, be STD-free, among other things, and the ONLY place in the U.S. where you can legally make and produce pornography is California.
Aside from that, there is a big difference between the Professional porn industry, and pimps & hoes.

Saying that, there are also many loopholes to prostitution, so much so that smart hookers can advertise their services on websites such as backpage.com and because of a certain way they conduct the transaction, there's nothing a cop can do about it. (But there are also plenty of cops who advertise on that website, and if YOU don't know the proper way to conduct a legal "hook," then they can press charges on you)
