Is it normal i find it impossible to proof-read in this font?

I like my fonts sans serif when I type. It's because I find it hard on my eyeballs to read serif fonts unless I increase the size to like 16 or 18 pt.

Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Ironically, the answers you get to this will be in a Serif font at a reasonably small point size.

You may need glasses. See a eye doctor.

Go to an optometrist. The same happened to me and now I am wearing glasses. You will do yourself so much good by going.

I like MS Office's new default font (Calibri).
The slightly rounded and simplified letters look more modern.

You might want to see an eye doctor because it sounds like you're near-sighted. I'm like that in one of my eyes but my dominate eye is far-sighted.

Actually no, it sounds like he/she is far-sighted. Near-sighted means that they can see well close up.
