Is it normal i find food critiques to be rude in my opinion ?

Ok if you ever watched one those shows were thier is a food critique who gos across the world tasting diffrent food from diffrent countrys and than tell you how good the dish is . I don't know but does anyone ever watch these or seen a man or women like this and find them obnoxious or just think have they ever annoyed or insulted these poeple ? I mean if you think of it , its some foriegner coming into your countries going to your native foodshops and deciding that poeple should or should not eat thier ? I mean wouldn't you be kindve offended ? and you always see one guy in the corner of the view who looks kindve annoyed or insulted I mean its one thing to judge in your countries but go to another persons ? I know its cultured but given they don't auctully always like the foriegn food and will somtimes give a disgusted look on thier face . I mean I was taught that it is rude to have that reaction to someones food and that if you do not like it dont ask for it becuase poeple get really offended when you do not like thier food . Im just saying I think its very disrespectful Is thier anyone here who kindve agrees with me ?

I can't get enough of Gordon Ramsey telling people how shit their food is, take hell's kitchen for instance, when he throws a full plate of food in the bin or at the wall you can't help but laugh at the pathetic piece of shit that cooked it in the first place.

They are usually complete dicks. But it is kind of their job to critique other peoples food, so in a sense they are paid to be dicks!

That was kindve my piont . I would find it kind of dickish if someone from another country came my country and said your cloth is ewww , your food is ewww, and you all just are ewwww. Ill be gone to tell the rest of the world how good I think you all are . When thinking you are in my country you Damn foriegner be polite , unless one of us is a dick to you than you have a right to defend your self but do not snout your niose .

Ya, it makes sense. That is why I hardly ever watch the cooking shows, the blatent "dickish" behavior annoys me.

It's irritating and rude. If you look at most reality shows including food there's always going to be critics. Critics seem to have huge egos and are very critical of the contestants work. Of course, standards will be high, but don't crush someone's heart if they make a few mistakes. Back to what you were saying, when people do that regardless of their job title it's rude and should be unacceptable.
