Is it normal i feel this way about our government?

It would be nice if our western governments had the mindset of ISIS and wasn't full of bleeding-heart little princesses too scared to do anything about stopping our own problems because it would involve killing criminals.

In fact, I can say this about almost all non-western governments and organisations. Why is it that countries like the U.S, Britain, Canada, Australia etc... are so goddamn stupid and weak. If something is causing a problem for people, like criminals do, behead the problem and git over it. Instead of giving criminals a light slap on the wrist, a few years in jail with free health care and cable TV, and a bag of candy and some hugs, get rid of them and protect the innocent.

Also, I do not support ISIS in any way, I think they are the main problem I'm talking about and hate them with every fibre of my being. I just think that the puny and sissy western governments should take the brutal approach to threat and opposition in order to protect the innocent.

Plus, it would be fun to watch.

    I think they should kill the people who were convicted of murder. That would result in less taxes for people to pay which would mean not as many people will have to suffer from poverty because they would be saving a little extra.

    I agree that western governments are about as fucked up as most other governments.
    But not for the reasons you think.
    If you want to live in a warmongering police state, why don't you move to one? The question you have to ask yourself is why is your country any better than some middle eastern one? Because I feel if you were in charge it wouldn't be much different.
    That's the problem. Is stopping a monster worth becoming a monster yourself?
    It's happened over and over again all over the world. Almost every evil dictator started as the leader of a rebellion against another evil dictator.

    Eventhough non-violence looks like foolishness to a lot of people, it has been proven to be way more effective than bloodshed when it comes to fighting injustice. Just like how harsher punishment has never actually reduced crime. That's just what feels logical to the human mind. But in reality countries that focus on rehabilitation have significantly lower crime rates.

    Well i guess you know very well that the western government US, UK, and Saudi Arabia are the primary funders along with others like the emirates, of these monsters. We the western provide them with not only political cover but military assistance too. And let us not forget that the western government have also provided training for ISIS in jordan.
    Our corrupt government is doing this because they make huge amount of money.
    It is as Smedley butler said in his book war is a racket;

    What our government is doing does not in any shape or form represent us the people who live there.

      I agree with you on this one. The western government has been funding ISIS and providing them with weapons from the very beginning. It shows in their lack of initiative when it comes to combating the imminent threats that are on the rise in the middle east. It is their main focus to destabilize the zone so that they have an excuse to send our troops back. War means benefits for the elite. They have no incentive to maintain a state of peace since it goes against their interest.
      NATO shot down the Russian jet that was bombing Isis fuel depots this week,really showing how butthurt they were because the Russians were interfering and actually did something to combat terrorism (not that Russia doesn't have their own interests) but it's really nice example of how they're all about power and supremacy.

      I actually agree with liberals on the topic of war and that we should stop starting wars that don't do anything but causing civilian and military casualties, filling the pockets of the rich, giving them even more power to abuse.
      But I don't agree with them regarding immigration and opening our borders to massive immigration, suggesting that multiculturalism and diversity allegedly means strength and progress. This too, does nothing but providing the elite with and endless supply of cheap labor and has the potential of creating inflation, massive debt due to welfare funding and overburdening the middle class with huge taxes which will ultimately lead to it's disappearance like it happened in most countries where democratic socialism failed miserably.
