Is it normal i feel this way

I feel very unattached to myself physically and mentally. i feel very clumsy and stiff and mentally i feel as if i am controlled by my own thoughts rather me controlling my thoughts.

all this person needs is good ol' self-reassurance. positive affirmations or something. psychs dont know what they are doing, that's why they all see each other at some point.

This is concerning. If you see a psychiatrist, he might go straight to a psychiatric diagnosis instead of checking your thyroid function, pituitary function, adrenals, food allergies, a brain tumor, all that stuff. It could be so many things, but in case it gets worse, this might be the best time to look into it if you have insurance. Talk to your doctor though, saying you want your insurance to pay, but you are concerned about your medical history causing insurance problems. I would start out with general lab tests and maybe he has questionnaires you can do that will help him figure out what's going on with your brain without putting "schizophrenia" or any other problematic psychiatric diagnosis in your file.
