Is it normal i feel this way?

Okay so my goal since seventh grade has been to get straight A's, but lately I've felt defeated. It's so hard for me to keep my grades up, and I try so hard but it just seems impossible.
I feel depressed because I'm dissapointing myself but I feel so very defeated. I don't know what to do, is this normal?

Perfectionism and too much pressure... it's OK not to always be the best, just try your best.
This is why rewards should be based on effort and not on grades.

I used to be that way when I was younger. Sometimes it's hard for some people to get an A in EVERY subject because well, you can't be good at everything. Do keep your grades up but know your limits, if your grades are already quite high then there's nothing to be depressed about. Just don't put so much pressure on yourself, confidence is as key as knowledge when getting good grades, if you convince yourself you're doing badly then it'll get harder for you to actually do well.

    Best Of Luck :)

Ok what grade are you in? I think that would help with the advice here.
