Is it normal i feel me looking at myself through security camera??
I'll be standing around at work and, unless I look intentionally, randomly look up at the security camera to find that 9/10 times I am looking at myself through the screen. I can feel me watching myself, which makes me feel like a separate entity from the real me (the present self). The low resolution of the image doesn't help. Do security cameras put my energy in another dimension? I also feel more energized when I avoid them. I don't think visual recordings are a bad thing in moderation, but I'm getting the feeling that prolonged exposure traps a portion of my energy.. IIN?
