I have been chatting back and forth with a guy online for 2 months and I think I might have missed cues with regards to him wanting to meet in person, I dont know for sure, so anyway 2 days ago I decided to take issues into my own hands and sort of steer the conversation towards the direction of us meeting.

Can someone's please decode this conversation for me, why did he on the dialogue below place a question mark after saying yes we should meet? and what's up with the lol? is it normal I feel I might have grabbed the bull a little too tightly by the horns?

Me: So, have you ever met anyone from match.dot.com?
Him: No I haven't, what about you? Yes we should meet up? lol
Me: Don't know how this kind of thing works but yes we should..
