Is it normal i enjoy these types of stories?

Whenever I hear stories where a guy tells a girl his feelings and she rejects him, but them falls for him and wastes time regretting having turned him down, I get a sort of happiness. I'm not sure why maybe it's because I've been rejected before and enjoy knowing that the girl that rejected me maybe regretting it now. is it normal that I enjoy reading/hearing these types of stories?

    I could understand why you'd like them. I kind of like them too. It gives people hope when they feel rejected. They might not like you now, but one day..., maybe 5 years down the line, they'll be kicking themselves for ever taking you for granted. It kind of gives you this good feeling, like its their loss.

    Yeah, that makes sense. I think you've worked out the reasons too. It makes you feel better about yourself, perhaps. I'd imagine it's pretty normal. I'd do it too.

    Ya it makes sense. I'm usually annoyed by those stories, but I do love to hear about guys who leave the friendzone. Anyways, sorry for going off topic, ya it makes sense why you'd be happy.
