Is it normal i eat bugs all the time?

I love bugs, I think they taste so good. and from what ive heard, they are pretty decent for your health.
It all started about mayybe six or seven years ago when i bought a pack of mealworms that were baked and seasoned with barbecue powder. so then i was curious to try other bugs.
I then started going around my yard and catching bugs. I studied on which ones were unedible and poisonous and made sure not to eat any of them. I eat a lot of big spiders i find in the yard. I never eat them raw though. i kill them first and then stir fry them. ive also captured and cooked all sorts of other bugs-grasshoppers, crickets, beetles, earthworms (love them), house centipedes, and beetle larvae. There are some bugs i dont like. assassin bugs are horrible, i ate one of those one time and Ill never forget that taste. Ive tried about seven different types of caterpillars and theres only two i liked.
I still cook and eat bugs like this to this day. A lot of times ill collect a bunch and throw them in a bowl and eat them like a snack while im watching a movie or poker tournament. But anywho, is it normal that i eat bugs like this? or am i nuts. lol sorry for the gross story.

In France, there is a restaurant in which they only cook earthworms.
    I heard it's pretty good.
Anyway, I think you should eat whatever you like! :)

Timone and Pumba come to my mind.

In many cultures, it's expectable to eat insects and grubs. They are very nutritious. In western society, it's not considered normal to eat bugs but I don't see much problem with you doing this. My only "complaint" is that you're careful with what you eat. Study up on them to make sure you aren't eating anything toxic.

I just find this post hard to believe, but if it's true, at least you won't have any trouble surviving in the wild.
