Is it normal i dream im dying?

For about a month i feel like im drowning in a pool.i get so scared.It happens almost ever time i sleep.Some times i think im like fighting the devil or something its so creepy.Is it normal?please tell me what to do.

    The dreams i remember is often very odd or very violent.

    well when you first see the dream starting wake up and then go back to sleep it works for me or think of something else when your going to sleep or think of all kinds of stuff any thing and it will change your dream
