Women/girls can have involuntary discharge, especially if you are trying to be 'naughty' and getting sexually aroused.
The other issue is after going to the toilet, its possible that you may not have wiped away every drop!
Another concern is that you could have an insect or even dust or germs fly up your dress in the wind.
Oh I thought of one more. It IS possible that your dress/skirt could fly up or others could see up your dress on an escalator or steps or something, depending upon how attractive you are (or not) you may upset others.

As a guy (myself) I actually think its pretty sexy and naughty too, basically a turn on.
But thinking about the girl's point of view, since you are a girl, not a good idea.
Just yesterday I saw some skanks ass cheeks in the Ikea store. She was reaching over abd didnt notice the bottom of her ass cheeks showed. I wanted to punch her in the face for being so sick! Not that the dog fucked everyone up it bit me more then anyone I was trying to protect her the dog almost riped my balls off and bit her a lot to that dog was brutal it riped us apart but I was the one that was relly fucked up it went in order me her and the rest of um she wasent as fucked up but she had to have surgaree down there and so did I we were both stuck in the hospital for months if you saw how messed up we were you would be barfing on the floor
