Ok so i'm 18 years old and just about every girl i know wears make up, but me, i hate make up. i feel fake in it and i just hate the feeling. it feels gooey and sticky and gross to me. but i feel like i'm an outcast because i don't wear it. And all of my guy friends like girls who wear makeup. so is it normal that i never wear makeup? not even to school?
I laughed when you said, 'not even to school'. In my day we went to school to get educated and would never have thought of wearing make up. Anyhow, the Mistress would've told us to wash it off!
I don't wear it either! You go girl, if a guy likes a girl who wears make up he is ridiculous because any guy should choose a natural girl over one smothered in make up...
I have always hated make up. I gave up wearing it years ago. Most of the men I know prefer the natural look. High school boys might be a different story. I'll let you in on a little secret, the high school stuff ceases to matter before the ink on your diploma dries. Do what feels comfortable to you. I've never felt at a disadvantage because I don't wear make up.
I hate that it's reached a point where not putting a mask of crap on your facer makes you an outcast, there's nothing wrong with it.
I personally love make up, especially eyeliner, but I can understand why other might not.
Feel beautiful for you. Girls wear makeup to hide flaws, and to look better. I wear it too. I think it's good to be different though, and to be comfortable in your own skin.
I used to wear a lot of makeup all the time, would not leave the house without it on. One day I ran out of makeup and money to buy it, so i just stopped wearing it. i still don't wear it now, except lipgloss
Every make-up girl or woman I Met are insecure and/or fake, so that is all I know about them.

It's normal, in fact, I like girls without make-up. Make-up makes girls fake.
Girls with make-up are mostly insecure and don't know the meaning of true beauty...

The personality is the most important there is, not some fake make-up mask to cover your insecurities.
Don't feel like an outcast, if they won't accept you like you are, they are not worthy of your time. Search for friends who make you feel like you belong with them.
Kudos for not changing for them.
my ex girl friend didnt wear make up and she looked just fine with out it. Especially when she would wake up in the morning and still looked just as good.
Some women just take the makeup thing way too far. They really cake the crap on. If you don't like it, don't wear it! You'll probably have clearer skin in the long run. I bet you're beautiful. Run with it, chica.
you should see those make-up transformation of those china/taiwanese girls in progress. make-up sure does wonders to an 'ugly' or 'plain' face. applying make-up is damn annoying.
This is a good thing! Most guys (myselfe) think that makeup is just a waist of time and girls look so much cuter amd hotter without it. <3 (:
I stopped wearing make up because I found it was too much hassle for work. On top of which, if you went in without it, colleagues would keep asking you if you were ill!
Now I wear it to go out only, it adds to the whole 'dress up' bit and makes the evening more of an event.
I've never cared to wear makeup either. I'm 31 and still only wear it for special occasions and to work once in a while.
My sis feels just like dat:)..n i knw a couple of friends like that too..if a guy truely loves you,u will look beautiful to him,with makeup,o without..
