Is it normal i don't want to use tinder?

I'm 26 and I just got out of a relationship with my ex boyfriend for three years. We broke up in December 2016, and I still haven't dated anyone since. I've had a few non serious relationships obviously in between.

My friends say I should use Tinder, but I feel very uncomfortable with it and the concept. However, it bothers me that they can find extremely attractive and intelligent guys on there, and now I'm realizing that everyone is on there, and that might be why I can't find someone the normal way.

Should I let go of my premade ideas on tinder and use it like everybody else or should I still keep trying to find guys the normal way?

Try Bumble, I'm a guy but there are definitely higher quality women on Bumble than Tinder. Of course you get some overlap though (same people on both sites). Bumble was founded by a female and when you match the woman initiates the convo. I guess you're less likely to get unsolicited dick pics or something. I have never been on a second date with someone I've met on Tinder lol. I find Bumble better if youre looking to date seriously as opposed to just find a quick hookup which Tinder has more of. Of course this is coming from a guy's perspective, Idk how it is for women. Good luck and stay safe!

Clearly the "normal way" isn’t working out for you. So yeah, try Tinder out at least.

Yeah, divorce is difficult. But this will give you some time to strengthen your relationship with Allah before entering a commitment with a man again. Then after marriage you can have intimacy again if that's important to you lol. Have you thought about dating apps?
