Is it normal i don't want people to know that i work out?
When people ask me if I work out, I say no even though I do. Like someone said "wow you have abs, do you work out?" and I said no. I'm not sure why I don't like people to know.

I always find it embarrassing to tell people because then I'm afraid they will picture me all hot and sweaty.
I think you just want to create a false sense of superiority for yourself. You want people to think that you can sit on your ass all day and still be on fabulous shape. Start saying yes and people will comend you for it because you have the motivation to get out and do it.
If you have abs, you had to work out for them. You don't get them magically. Although that would be neat.
i work out too occasionally, but i avoid expressing the fact i do so since im afraid that my body may not be up to par :/
Absolutely normal. I do the same when people ask me that question. I do it mainly because working out has been hijacked by steroid douchebags and I'm trying not to be a douche.
The comment above me wasn't very nice! Do not pay any attention to them. I believe you have your reasons as to why you don't want people to know, so yes I think it's normal.
