Is it normal i don't like my dads fiance as much as the past her?

Dads finance is a nice woman with khemo and ever since she moved in so as her son dad isn't what he used to be ever since those two moved in my house when she isn't around dad would be him again.Its not that I "hate "her.She never abused me. She makes me angry when she wont wake her son up when we have breakfast or go out to eat on weekends,and that's just one littel thing that pixes me off.She changed everything in my house.I also wish that it was the three of us again,My sis dad and I.but of course I want him happy and not sleeping with a can of booze.but shes doing what she wants and dad dosen't get on to her that much.Ever since she moved in, dad is a lot harder on my sister and her son and I.I believe shes taking over the house.More things are going her way then anyone in the House.I like her one minute the next I don't.Is this normal ?
