Is it normal i don't like it when people care about what they wear?

I never thought a girl was cute because she was wearing (insert a brand or style). As a 24 year old adult I still don't care.
I may think a girl is attractive, but I don't care WHAT SO EVER what she has on.
I don't care one bit what clothes she has on.

First of all a girl has to be loyal, caring, fun and responsible.

In order of physical importance (which doesn't matter as much as what is inside) I look at: eyes, face, breasts, waist, hips and legs. (the general up and down)

Is it normal that I don't care what is on them compared to what they actually are?

Most of the girls that I have ever liked have had modest clothing.

Character is most important. I agree with you, but you don't want her to be frumpy do you?

Not everyone cares for material goods such as clothing. Perfectly normal. And so is finding certain styles of clothing to be attractive. Everyone is attracted to different things.

I remember a gal I was to go on a date tested me on this. Said how her hair was done and clothing she wore shouldnt matter as long as I had her on my arm. I left her on the door step and drove away. Ha ha extra large wrinkled up panda bear shirt, big jeans and tattered with flip flops and a poney tail. The heck I was going to be seen with that! Ha ha

Of course. I would be flattered, because I would feel like the guy I was dating thought I was pretty no matter what I wore. Use it to your advantage ;)

I think that it's important that they at least dress 'decent'. (i.e. not shabby/messy/overly casual)

Aside from that basic requirement, I don't really care what specifically they're wearing.
In fact, I usually pay very little attention to that.
There's no need to make a special effort or wear fancy/expensive brands as far as clothing goes.

The most annoying thing, though, is when girls buy plenty of each type of shoes and than go out wearing sneakers.
Why the hell to the collect all those nice shoes, only to wear the ones that look the shittiest?

    Note to girls reading this:
Dressing to impress doesn't necessarily make you more attractive, but don't dress shabby either.
Anything that you personally find acceptable when looking in the mirror is fine. Except sneakers - they have the ability to make any outfit look bad.
