That's far too relative a statement. It depends on what kind of stealing and what kind of lying. If you lying to make someone feel good because you care about them, it's okay. If your lying to make your mother think your dad is a man-whore out of boredom you are an awful person.

If your stealing another pare of headphones from a place that ripped you off and won't let you return them, it's okay. If your stealing from them because you just want to take money out of their families' mouths, your an awful person.

I can't steal I'm a locksmith. I take my job serious.
As for telling a lie I have yo. My wife askes me if she is overweight. LOL

The key trait of a sociopath is not having a guilty conscience; do you think that applies to you? I'm currently reading a book on sociopathy, and apparently 4% of the population doesn't have a conscience which is kind of scary.
