Is it normal i don't enjoy orgasms? (male)

Well, it's not that I don't enjoy them,...I do but it's nothing compared to the intense action of having sex. To me an orgasm has always seemed like something that's bound to happen, not the climax of your journey.

I thought this was only a problem for females but I've noticed how most males say it's the best part. I thought climaxing was the point of sex for having children not just in general. I thought others felt that the intimacy was more important than the orgasm.

  • I really agree. But I'd like to clarify something.

For me, orgasm and cumming are different.

I can orgasm without ejaculating, that is, my erection will make the movements it would if ejaculating (together with the tensing and the spasms in the shaft and the perineum), but I hold back from letting my semen out.

It's like I go almost all the way, but not over the edge. I go so far, that the muscle movement happens, but not the letting out of semen.

Orgasm relaxes and energises me, and I can continue to have sex with a deeper sexual sensation and with more control.

If I ejaculate, my erection can continue to stay hard, but the sensation is less. I like to fuck hard, but I've spent years training my body to hold back from ejaculating. And I agree that the intercourse is really amazing, and I want to continue for hours (all day!) without ejaculating.

The journey really is so much better than the destination.

I'm kind of there with you. I can't really say about sex, since I'm a virgin. But I like masturbating, I like touching myself when I'm hard, but when I ejaculate, well the euphoria only last like two seconds, it's not really that great. But the act of getting there, that's the fun part.

have you never had an orgasm where you felt complete euphoria, weightlessness and just a moment where you had not one single worry in all the world?
    I feel sorry for you.
