Is it normal i don't eat meat

I dont eat meat but I am toned and really strong because I work out and take protein shakes ect..

I haven't eat meat for 7 years. I have made it a goal to get really strong and proficient by being vegetarian.

I would put my fist through someone's chest with a strike. I am a practitioner of jeet kun do and boxing.

I'm not massively built but lean and ripped.
Height is 5'10 weight is 147lbs

Is it normal to idealise this ethic?

If you don't want to eat meat that is your choice. Vegetarians should not be forced to eat anything they don't want to and anyone who eats meat should have that option as well. Though I wonder how anyone can eat protein bars and protein shakes since when I tried they make my food come up every time.

I am vegetarian, but eat tons of fish and other healthy foods. I am in pretty good shape, though not really buff. You live longer with that lifestyle. If I was you I'd try and stay off protein shakes, as there is a risk of gall stones and other unwanted buildups.

There is no reason you have to eat meat if you don't want to. If you educate yourself, you can get all the nutrients you need from beans, quinoa, veggies and cerial grains. It's a cleaner way if life. Keep up the good work!

Do you consume eggs and milk? If you don't but are prepared to, you'll make your life easier.
