Don't get me wrong, I love my family and my friends always seemed important to me, but when I moved across the country four months ago I didn't feel a thing. I don't miss anyone, not even a little bit. Once I realized this, it dawned on me that I actually don't care for ever going back, even for a visit. Is it normal?

Yeah, that's so normal. I usually only miss objects when I'm on holidays or I go away for some time. I don't really care if I see my friends or family.
It is normal for me but then I have PTSD. I got it from being abandoned when I was 18 months old. I miss people sometimes but I do not do much to keep in touxh and so the relationships seem to fade.
I find it surprising that you both say you love them AND you don't care about them, can you say more about how it makes sense to you ? Are you sure you do love them or did you just realize that you didn't ? Other than that, maybe with more time you'll start missing them.
Without more information I find it hard to say whether it's normal or not.
