Well ... if you get really sad from watching porn maybe you should try and keep some distance to it? To me masturbation/sex always makes me really happy but if I miss someone at the same time It's usually a bit down-bringing to me to masturbate.
I do not agree with the statement that you could try and find another lover whilst still mourning your recent breakup. Having sex is one thing, dating entirely different.
It might be a lot healthier if you found someone new, not that I am condemning the porn.
By far the best way to get over an old lover is with a new one.
You might wanna lay off the porn there, friend. If I were you I'd stay away from anything that triggers memories of a relationship with an ex sexually or otherwise. Give yourself a break and take the time out to grieve and heal from the loss.
