Is it normal i constantly pee?

For roughly 4 months I've been taking over the counter 50mg sleeping pills. Directions instruct 1x nightly/24hrs. The sad truth (this isn't normal) is that I take 6 a night. The weird part:
Once they have kicked in and I lay down to sleep, I have to get up to pee literally about 7 times within an hour. I've never had this problem before & it only happens on the pills. Is it normal to pee tons on sleeping pills??
Seems like an oxymoron.

You take 6 sleeping pills a night rather than the 1 recommended.

That's the concerning part you should be focusing on.

Clearly the need to pee 7 times an hour is a side-effect, so you may want to switch to a different type of sleeping pill, or - better yet - find a way to sleep normally without medication (easier said than done for some, I know).

I suggest you talk to your doctor about your sleep issues.

Could be a UTI, or the medicine you take.
If you take too much medicine, such as pain killers, then it'll make your stools hard, which wouldn't be fun at all.

I suggest switching to another kind of medication,
or maybe try different ways to fall asleep rather than medicine, like calming music, a rain machine, or maybe drinking tea before bed.
