Is it normal after every single break up I want to drastically change something about myself or my life, like cut off all me hair, buy a new wardrobe, paint my entire room, etc. ?

    When you get into your relationship, often times, so much of your identity gets meshed with the other person that you feel the need to re-invent yourself (even in a small way) after this. Normal.

    It might be a good idea to make sure it's only your hair you are cutting off, as some bits don't grow back like hair does.
