I realize its a odd question. And I understand it could be embarrassing. I have been doing it regularly and healthily, but i don't want to. I have researched and everything i found said it was healthy, normal and that there was nothing wrong with it. It doesn't say anything specific about it in the bible. But i feel guilty and convicted after i do it and i want to stop. can anyone tell me how? And if you have any hurtful comments, please keep them to yourself.

    i tried to stop, but i just couldn't. try to find something to take your mind off it. i started reading fanfictions, but that only made me stop for about a week. i recently found that if you can joke and talk about it with your friends (we are all straight guys) then you feel more comfortable doing it. i do it a little too much, but i don't feel bad. it's better than going out and raping someone!
