Is it normal i cannot tolerate any type of mental strain?

Whenever I have to learn something new or do something that requires concentrating and learning I get really frusterated to where I want to smash everything and get homicidal thoughts. I don't like feeling this way but I cannot seem to help it. I usually need to go sleep it off to feel better again and feel very angry until I do. This causes me problems to the point where I cannot hold a job or go to any type of academic class.

Some of us are just not suited to learning through education. I hated school and still hate reading instructions or manuals.
I've learned almost everything I know from experience, and I'm much better at what I do than anyone who was schooled in it.
If you are still in high school, you'll just have to suffer through, but once you are out, then the world is as you make it for yourself and you can avoid school like the plague, as I did.
    good luck.

Maybe just try what you are good at for now. If you have any special skill, focus only on that.

No, it's not normal to feel that way all the time. There will be a lot of stuff in your life that will require all your focus and skills of learning no matter what. You can't be that way forever.

You should seek professionnal help. At least, you can try and see if you find a solution to this kind of frustration that overwhelm you everytime.

    • I don't feel like that all the time, but I do when I'm in those situations, for example yesterday I was trying to figure out how to put files on my computer from an ipad. I spent about an hour doing it and couldn't figure it out which angered me. That was when I wrote this.

    • Yes. I don't think there is much they can do. Psychologists have been a waste of time
