Is it normal i can't talk

I think I have social anxiety but I've no idea how to tell my parents how I feel. I need help I think, but they'll probably tell me to push myself and get over it, but I can't.

I'm worried because this group came up and I don't wanna go really. But do I need I push myself to do it?? I just can't. But if I can't how will I ever have anyone. So I worry some more.

Go participate in your group. Pretend like I traveled back in time to tell you this. If you avoid doing things because of your social anxiety they will haunt you forever.

A group may not be the best way to overcome it. Maybe one on one activities?

I understand. I've been suffering from social anxiety for more than half my life. You will still regret it. Because I did. I dropped out of university because of anxiety. It was so bad that I couldn't hold down food or sit still. My entire life was a constant panic attack. I lost 20 pounds and I'm not a big guy. I understand. But don't make the same mistakes I did. Don't let your feelings control you. You can take small steps to help your anxiety. Things like just smiling at people or saying hello, even if it's awkward. I know you're scared of judgement. But think of it this way, if these people are gonna judge you for whatever you are worried about, how great are they anyway?

            What is it?

They could attempt to slaughter him but fail because he was forced to kill all of them out of self defence and then be forced to eat them all while seeking safehaven in the forrest for himself because all the town folk will try to hunt him down.
Then he will have to live a prisoned life while desperately trying to maintain his own safety. Always being forced to sleep no more than an hour a day.
This will soon drive him to madness and he will have no option other than to take his own life by stabbing himself with sticks and setting himself on fire...only to survive the ordeal and live as an ugly, deformed freak for the rest of his life in prison?

Hey, don't write yourself off yet. It's only in your head you feel left out or looked down on. Just try your best, try everything you can, and don't you worry what tell themselves when you're away.

No! I used to have really bad anxiety. One time I drove to a store with the intention of getting a job application but when I got there, I couldn't bring myself to go in. I didn't even get out of the car, I just turned it around and went back home. That's just one example of a ton of missed opportunities.

I finally forced myself to start doing things that would normally make me uncomfortable and guess what...I survived. Its all in your head. I realized how many things I had passed up for such silly reasons, I really was missing out on some fun stuff. I still have a wee bit of anxiety and I still have to force myself to do things, but it gets easier. You can do it!!!
