It's relatively normal, especially if you were really attached. You're upset. Just please, try and calm down. I know it's hard. When I need to get over my anxiety issues (it can get pretty bad with me) I find something I love to do and just do that until I'm too tired to stay up anymore. Getting your mind off things and getting a good night's sleep usually fixes my anxiety issues. Infact, I really wish I'd known that trick growing up, instead of learning it way later in life.
You just feel as though you're missing something. As if your day isn't complete. Has nothing to do with addiction. That's technically what addiction is. You were used to something that was suddenly taken away.
Here's something people don't think about We're not really meant to sit still and do nothing. When you were smoking, that was something you were doing. An action. An action that you could've used to do something else, something you have the chance to do now that smoking is done.
When people piss me off, I start to shake, and I get so anxious and angry that I want to cry. My throat also seems to clog up and I can't really speak that well. I shake like a Polaroid picture.
Your body is reacting to how you feel. It's normal, but being like that for an elongated amount of time is not healthy. I think shock also plays a part in it too. Get yourself something hot to drink if its cold outside, and calm yourself down. Breathe meditate.
It's happening prolly because you are really upset. I get shaky when I'm really upset.
