I associate the loud sound of heels with really bitchy women who think they are better than everyone else. It grates my nerves like nails down a chalkboard. Why do they have to wear such noisy footwear! I want to push them over (although, I never would actually do that)
I hate high heels and I loath women who are obsessed with them.
Oh that is one noise that really bugs me. I do NOT like the sound of women speed walking with their heels clacking on the floor. I don't know why, the sound just bothers me. I think cause I have really overly-sensitive hearing, and that noise sounds much louder to me than to others.
I agree with you, but sometimes it depends on the surface/embodiment.
In the city wether it be NYC or London, if there are allot of people than the noise is usually blocked. I'm not a high heel person, I prefer sneakers. But I think some people can pull it off like GAGA.
It's always irritating when I'm walking in a quiet area and out of the blue, I hear those damn heels trying to ruin the peace!
Sometimes, the sound is a slight turn-on, but it really depends on whose walking in them.
Stilettos remind me of dominatrixes clad in latex with whips. But you must admit Cat Women makes this look sexy!
Damn, I'm a really complicated person! They're other sounds that really piss me off, though. Like the rapid jingling of keys, but I totally understand your pain.
Yeah you can hear them from like 2km away they make so much noise yeah the look pretty but how can i care when they give me a headace...
Yes it's very annoying. My little sister whos 14, autistic wears heels all the fucking time and wears the same damn shoes 3 weeks in a row. Her feet smell and when told to wear other shoes like flats, she throws a tantrum. She's 5'5 and doesn't need any fucking heels! Me being a tomboy is annoyed by her

i've noticed that kitten heels (3 inches or less) make the most noise. i don't wear kitten heels i'm a 4 inches and up kinda girl (just talking about shoes here ;) but if i find that a pair of shoes is too noisy i don't wear them. hearing the loud clanking noise of a pair of shoes would annoy me too, not just everyone within a mile radius from me.
