Is it normal i can't sleep?

Lately it's been taking me at least 3 hours to fall asleep, earlier this week it took me 6 hours to fall asleep.

And I've been waking up groggy and with a massive pain in my eyes.

Sorry if it's a little short on information but, that's as much as I can think of at the moment.

    what i do is i workout and/or excerise in the day so i feel tired at night. actually using up those energy. its a good motivation as well.

    I take over the counter medication special for making me drowsy. Try that.

    Try taking melatonin before you go to sleep that has helped me in some instances, because I suffer from the same problem.

  • chop some wood that will do it it will give sore bones plus make you tired when your done what ever can wear you out will help you sleep

    Yea I have that same problem...I usually dont fall asleep 'till 3 or 4. Thats why im here now at 2am lol

    Same for me. Im still looking for an answer to get better sleep. I guess i need more excersize as dubstep suggested..
